Cortex?-A9 MPCore? with CoreSight? core processor(s) are used in the construction of this SoC.Its package is 1152-BBGA, FCBGA.With 256KB RAM implemented, this SoC chip provides reliable operation.This SoC design employs the MCU, FPGA technique for its internal architecture.Arria 10 SX is the series number of this system on chip SoC.This SoC meaning should have an average operating temperature of 0°C~100°C TJ when it is operating normally.There is one thing to note about this SoC security: it combines FPGA - 570K Logic Elements.Housed in the state-of-art Tray package.As a whole, this SoC part is comprised of 492 inputs and outputs.A 0.9V power supply should be used.The SoCs wireless is considered unreliable if the voltage exceeds 0.93V.As long as it receives a power supply that is at least 0.87V, it should be able to function.In order to cater to different design requirements, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY can be reconfigured to serve different needs.
