A 144-LQFP Exposed Pad package contains it, and it is available for download. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Its 101 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. To form a fundamental building block, there are 2000 logic elements/cells. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~125°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. A total of 101 outputs are incorporated into this device. Fpga chips is designed to maximiTraye space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tray. Fpga chips is designed wFpga chipsh 144 terminations. This device has 110592 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. 125 LABs and CLBs are built into this FPGA. There is a 3/3.3V power supply that is required to operate it.
