As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape and Reel method. In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz.
