There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. 5 pins are on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.1V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 25μA.
