5T9070PAGI8 Overview
It is package in TFSOP case. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tape & Reel (TR). For normal operation, 200MHz is the maximum value. A total of 48 terminations are present in it. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 2.5V. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 48 pins. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. The gadget belongs to the 5T family of clock buffers. It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. We are able to produce 10 true outputs. There is a maximum supply voltage of 2.7VV that can be handled by the clock divider. It can work with a source voltage of 2.3V as low as possible. Keeping the supply voltage at 2.5V is the key to maximizing the efficiency of the system.
