Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 32 pins.
