It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C TA is the appropriate ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS, LVTTL logic.
