In the form of 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), it has been packaged. D flip flop is embedded in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the configuration, Differentialis used as the output. There is a trigger configured with Negative Edge. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required for operation. Currently, the operating temperature is 0°C~70°C TA. It is an electronic flip flop with the type JK Type. FPGAs belonging to the 74Fseries contain this type of chip. This D flip flop should not have a frequency greater than 105MHz. There are 2 elements in it. Despite external influences, it consumes 19mAof quiescent current. JK flip flop belongs to 74F112 family. There is an electronic part mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The electronic flip flop is designed with pins 16. In this device, the clock edge trigger type is Negative Edge. The flip flop is designed with 2bits. Using 2 circuits, it is highly flexible. In order to ensure high efficiency, the supply voltage should remain at 5V. It operates with 3 output lines. As of now, there are 2input lines. There is -1mA output current at the high level. The low level output current is set to 20mA. There should be a temperature below 70°Cduring operation. A temperature above 0°Cshould be used for the operation. Initially, it requires a voltage of 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage. It is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. It is possible to achieve a frequency of 80MHz.
