The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NOR Gate. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~125°C. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. It comes from the 74HC series. In total, there have been 14 terminations.
