The TSSOP package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. There can be no voltage higher than 3.465V when powering this frequency generator. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 3.135V. The PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits primarily use this clock device. The supply current of 100mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
