87972DYI-147LFT Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape and Reel. A Clock PLL is included with the LQFP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Generators device. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 3.465V. For this clock generator ic, 3.135V is the lowest allowable supply voltage.
