A3P400-FG484 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.425V~1.575V . The FPGA belongs to the ProASIC3 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. A device like this one offers 55296 RAM bits, which is a considerable amount of memory. For related parts, use its base part number A3P400. A significant amount of RAM is allocated to this FPGA module to ensure that the program can operate normally. There are 484 pins on this device.
