A80960CF40 Overview
The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. The total number of terminations is 168. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. 40MHz is the frequency of the CPU. For functions of 168 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used with the microprocessor. Injection of 168 pins into the body of the embedded microprocessor is carried out. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Through Hole mounting. 40MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. As of 5V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. According to datasheets, the micro processor requires 5V power sources. 5V is the CPU core voltage. 1150mA voltage higher than 1150mA can be supplied to the CPU. Microprocessors should never be supplied with voltages above 5.25V in normalcircumstances. A voltage of 4.75V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. Additional features of the embedded microprocessor include: OPERATING CASE TEMPERTURE 0 TO 85 C. 9 hardware interrupts are terminated externally. DMA (Direct Memory Access) is programmed with 4 channels.
