AD9518-0BCPZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.95GHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.465V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3.135V. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component. It is a 48-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.22 ns max. 9518-family electronic parts are similar.
