ADF4001BCPZ-RL Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the LFCSP EP package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 20 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock PLL is equipped with 20 pin count. The clock PLL has 20 pins that are available. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. In terms of the supply voltage, analog clock generator can handle 5V volts. Clock PLL has 2 signal outputs to maximi2e output frequency. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 5.5V is not acceptable. There is a maximum supply voltage of 2.7V for this RF synthesizer. For the clock time generator to function properly, 4.5mA of supply current must be provided.
