ADF4107BRUZ-REEL Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
