ADF41513BCPZ-RL7 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CML, CMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 26.5GHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~105°C. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Integer-N/Fractional-N is a classification for the electronic part in question. Clock PLL is equipped with 24 pin count. The frequency generator is equipped with 24 pins.
