ADF4153YCPZ-RL7 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. Providing a maximum frequency of 4GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.3V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.7V to be safe. There are 2.7V~3.3V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~125°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels. A Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) is a classification for the electronic part in question. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage.
