ADG609BRZ Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. Powered by a 5V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. These analog multiplexers are built based on SP4T switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. Use ADG609 to search for variants of the digital switches. This digital multiplexer has 22Ohm internal resistance. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 6.5V. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 3V. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 6.5V. It is integrated with DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog ICs. A voltage of 5V can be used to operate the electronic component. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 8 inputs. Don't forget the additional features of this electronic part, such as: OPERATION WITH SINGLE 3V/5V ALSO POSSIBLE. Drain to Source resistance is 22Ohm.
