ADM2914-1ARQZ Overview
There are 16 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. IC management conducts in a 4-voltage supply.
