ADM693ARZ-REEL Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 16 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Battery Backup Circuit line. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 16 pins on IC management. There are 16 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 4.5V for this IC power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain, Push-Pull. There is a supply current of 100μA for the power management. Power management is also possible to add other features such as RESET CONTROL to name a few. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM693, the base power ics number. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 5V volts in order to work correctly. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.95mA. The power management monitors 1 inputs at once.
