AGL030V2-QNG68 Overview
In the 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, you will find fpga chips. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. A total of 49 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 768 logic elements/cells are required. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. A supply voltage of 1.14V~1.575V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. There are many types of FPGAs in the IGLOO series, this is one of them. Fpga chips is recommended that the operating temperature be kept wFpga chipshin the range 0°C~70°C TA while the machine is operating.
