AS1751S Overview
Due to its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. There is 900mOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. A voltage of 1.6V~3.6V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 100nA. There is 900mOhm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
