An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packaging for external use.As a qualified employee, I can operate within -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using FLASH.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 2.97V~3.63V.Surface Mount is the mounting position of this memory device.A data storage size of 16Mb is allowed.You can search "AT17F16" for other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.Different types of 20 terminations are available with different functions.A maximum voltage of 3.63V can be applied to this memory device.It is necessary to supply the device with a minimum voltage of 2.97V.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 245 at all times during the soldering process.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 20 pins.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.FPGA is a 33MHz-frequency memory IC.
