AT40K05AL-1DQC Overview
In the 208-BFQFP package, you will find fpga chips. Having 128 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. To form a fundamental building block, there are 256 logic elements/cells. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. Having a RAM bit size of 2048 means that this device will offer you a lot of memory. For related parts, use its base part number AT40K05. For the program to work properly, the RAM si256Be of this FPGA module must reach 256B GB in order to ensure normal operation.
