ARM926EJ-S processors are embedded in this CPU. The CPU contains LPDDR, LPSDR, DDR2, SDR, SRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor features AC97, EBI/EMI, I2C, ISI, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, SSC, UART/USART interfaces to better serve its users. The CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V when it comes to I/O. It is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Search AT91SAM9M10 for variants of the embedded microprocessor. To date, there have been 324 terminations. Using a 1V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. There are 32 bits in its architecture. 400MHz is the CPU's frequency. Random-Access Memory (RAM) is designed with an amount of 64kB KB. CPU voltage can't be higher than 120mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 3.6V. A voltage of 900mV is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. Data is transferred through 160 I/O ports by CPU programs. Its memory size is 64kB. To determine the CPU's efficiency, 6 counters are used. This computer has DMA, LCD, POR, PWM, WDT peripherals attached to the CPU microprocessor.
