AX500-FG484 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. A total of 317 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.5V volts is required.
