A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .Output type of this comparator is Open Collector .This device is designed in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Electronic comparator can be classified as a General Purpose chip.In total, it contains 2 elements.Electronic comparator is recommended that you mount the device using type Surface Mount .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C .Electronic comparator has 8 pins.As a result, this comparator displays a quiescent current of 200μA .The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting.Input current to the device cannot exceed 250nA .The voltage formula shows that the part has a voltage gain of 94dB .Keeping the temperature below 85°C is not recommended.A temperature lower than -40°C is unsuitable for the device.The maximal supply voltage of the comparator is 5.5V .A minimum supply voltage of 2.5V is allowed for this comparator.
