There is a package Tape & Reel (TR) available.To make it easier for you, it is included with the 20-UFBGA, DSBGA package.This device is mounted using type Surface Mount.The best thing to do is to set the temperature to -30°C~85°C TA.The device relies on an analog IC called POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT to operate.Constant - Programmable current is required to charge the device.According to the base part number BQ24157, its related parts can be found.It contains a total of 20 terminations.There is a setting of 4.44V Max for the battery pack.You can program a number of features, including Current.As far as the charging current is concerned, it is 1.25A at full charge.There are 20 pins necessary to make it work.Currently, there are a total of 1 channels available for use in the application.There is a possibility that it can be powered by a 5V battery.A 6V supply voltage can be applied to it.In the case of 4.44V, the output voltage is likely to produce high efficiency.With an output current of 0, the operation is carried out.In order to mount it, it has to align itself with Surface Mount.It is important to keep the power supply voltage (Vsup) above 4V so that normal operation can take place.
