BQ51050BRHLR Description
The BQ51050BRHLR is a high-efficiency, Qi-compliant wireless power receiver for portable applications with an integrated Li-Ion/Li-Pol battery charge controller. The BQ51050BRHLR features efficient AC-DC power conversion, a digital controller that complies with the Qi v1.2 communication protocol, and all of the control algorithms required for efficient and safe Li-Ion and Li-Pol battery charging. The BQ51050BRHLR allows a comprehensive wireless power transfer system for direct battery charger solutions when used in conjunction with the bq500212A transmitter-side controller. The receiver coil placed in the portable device can pick up the power delivered by the transmitter coil via near-field inductive power transfer. The AC signal from the receiver coil is rectified and conditioned before being used to power the battery directly.
