It is embeded in 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case. D flip flop is included in the Tubepackage. The output it is configured with uses Tri-State, Inverted. The trigger it is configured with uses Positive Edge. Through Holeis in the way of this electric part. The supply voltage is set to 2V~6V. Temperature is set to -55°C~125°C TA. A flip flop of this type is classified as a D-Type. It belongs to the 74HCseries of FPGAs. In order for it to function properly, its output frequency should not exceed 60MHz.
