The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 16 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
