CDCL6010RGZT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. In this clock generator, LVDS is used as the input to the clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel.
