CY22150KFZXC Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations.
