As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. LVTTL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 166MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. CMOS is designed for clock generator's output.
