CY22394FXI Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
