CY2303SXI Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVTTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 166.67MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
