CY2308SI-1 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
