CY2308ZC-1H Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 225 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 133.3MHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as you provide 3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer component. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the clock generators. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Drivers device. 8 signal outputs allow for maximi8ation of output frequency. The timing skew of this frequency synthesizer is low at 0.2 nsmax. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 133MHz.
