CY2309CZXI-1 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
