CY2309SI-1 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 133.33MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
