CY2309SXI-1HT Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133.33MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
