CY23S08SXC-2H Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 140MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety.
