CY23S08SXC-4 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 140MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V.
