CY25100ZXCF Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.13V~3.45V. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~70°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS logic levels is presented here. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Spread Spectrum Clock Generator component.
