CY26121ZC-21 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 225 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 33.33MHz maximum.
