CY26121ZI-21 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 225. There are 16 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 33.33MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel.
