CY28329ZXC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 56-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 56 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 133MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance.
