As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 100-LQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 100 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, LVPECL, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock.
