Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 100-LQFP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 100 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called LVPECL, LVTTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 200MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.63V as a supply voltage. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.97V.
